代替六角槓硬舉的動作? - 健身

去兩家健工都沒有傳統的六角槓,
有跟業務建議也都沒下文,
不知道是不是活動度的問題,
做傳統硬舉下背很不舒服,
以前在小型健身房給教練調過,
被建議用六角槓就好。
目前有試做相撲硬舉,
雖然發力沒有比六角槓順暢,
但我覺得比傳統硬舉還容易。
現在練腿動作只有深蹲、分腿蹲、機械式腿推.勾腿.內外夾腿,
還是需要硬舉做大重量吧?
不做傳統硬舉的話,
有什麼替代動作嗎?
還是相撲硬舉就夠了?
