體脂率:33.7% ......超高的....

三餐內容
早餐:早餐店早餐或麵包,正常吃
午餐:通常是御飯糰或涼麵,但下午會吃一些零食
晚餐:一顆蘋果或芭樂或燙青菜或水煮蛋,不吃消夜
其他:假日三餐都正常吃,平均兩天喝一瓶每朝
日常作息時間:晚上12:30前睡,早上7:20起床
生活型態:上班族
減肥方式:睡前30下仰臥起坐,偶爾在家騎30分鐘腳踏車
問題陳述:從大學時期的52公斤到現在63公斤,大概在58公斤時意識到
再這樣下去不行,要減肥,聽了同事的建議控制熱量及節食,
但體重卻一直上升,真的讓我好沮喪..甚至想說是不是該去看減肥門診...
爬了文後也一直在思考減肥方法是不是錯了.....
看了大家說的要吃超過基礎代謝率,但我基代算起來是1422卡,
所以大概要吃1500卡,就跟一般熱量攝取一樣了!!
但又想到之前三餐正常吃時,體重好像還可以維持...
所以一整個很掙扎 >_<~
目前打算是仰臥起坐繼續,一週至少騎三次30分鐘腳踏車(333),
但飲食方面就真的不知道該怎麼做調整,
我想早餐午餐正常吃,晚上不吃澱粉類,希望大家能幫忙給點意見,
