剛減重的幾個小問題 - 美體

最近才開始進行減肥計畫,
所以有幾的小問題要麻煩大家幫幫我解惑了,
感謝!
1.我的基代是1530,是不是代表我一天要吃1530大卡的熱量?
因為我看書,都是寫女生一天要攝取1200大卡,
如果沒有吃到1530,是不是對身體不太好呢?
2.剛跑步沒多久的時候,我的大腿和肚子就會開始癢,
但是停一會就會恢復正常!這是正常的嗎?
今天癢到我不敢跑了,馬上回家洗澡 > <
3.如果減肥搭配每朝健康綠茶 or 茶裏王的靜岡玉露綠茶,
是不是會更好呢?還是只喝水就好了?
因為我看每朝上面有寫可減少體脂肪形成和調節血脂的功能!
真的要下定決心了,我好不健康呀!去康是美量每一樣都不標準,
希望我可以成功,健康的生活著!
