以水煮鮪魚罐頭當蛋白質補充主力的壞處? - 健身

各位巨巨好 肥宅我開始健身大概三五個月左右
因為家裡吃素且不准我回家吃肉 但可以吃水煮蛋 所以一天會吃2~3顆水煮蛋
也有盡可能的攝取藜麥、豆腐、豆漿等 乳清蛋白一天喝40g左右 以及牛奶
不過 如果不吃肉 真的連體重1.5倍克都很難達到
後來嘗試用即食肉品當成蛋白質主要來源
但在全聯買了一個月的台畜/富統雞胸肉後 發覺真的太貴開始尋找替代方案
最近發現水煮鮪魚罐頭似乎是不錯的方案
價格約即食雞胸肉一半 蛋白質也很接近即食肉品 雖然賣像不佳也不是很美味但能接受
但板上相關討論不是很多 不知道是否有其他我不知道的缺點?
