大家好 想請教一下各位先進
小弟今年29
認真開始重訓大概也有三年了吧
一個禮拜4-5天左右
一開始老實說蠻不注意伸展這件事的
但好像不會太過緊繃 至少不會說運動完隔天整個腰酸背痛
但從近一年某一段時間開始 運動完就必須不斷的拉 不斷的用滾輪 按摩球
上班的時候也痠
走在路上也不自覺一直拉
否則就是非常的不舒服
請問這是運動過量的某種徵兆嗎?
還是只是純粹恢復力慢慢隨著年齡下降?
不曉得是不是應該看醫生...
