力竭做不滿單組次數時該如何調整 - 健身

小弟有一個問題 請各位巨巨幫忙指點
我是以肌肥大為訓練目標
目前組間休息時間為2分鐘
以臥推為例
我前3組可以做到每組8-10下
但第4組開始
同樣重量大概只能做到6下就沒力了
這時該如何調整?
1. 第4組開始降重量
2. 第4組開始,增加組間休息時間,大約要增加到3-4分鐘才行
3. 第4組做完6下後,休息個30秒到1分鐘,再補2下湊滿8下
4. 以上皆非,請各位巨巨幫忙指點
