新手三項問題 - 健身

其實不算是標準的三項
深蹲部分是高腳杯深蹲
因為看了jeff的影片跟麥克的功能性訓練
我目標大概是55公斤以後再做槓鈴深蹲
高腳杯深蹲 30公斤 8下 3組
臥推 44公斤 10下 3組
六角槓鈴硬舉 75公斤 8下 3組
我的問題是硬舉跟握推幾乎都能穩定進步
但深蹲比較像是核心跟不上
明顯比其他兩項還累
我目前有兩個問題
1.我應該配合三項較弱的部分來配合重量,還是就穩定的加重量?
2.高腳杯深蹲如何拿到胸口?高腳杯深蹲時,啞鈴實在是太重了,很難把他拉到胸口,每次
都還沒蹲就累了。
目前練2個月
身高170 體重90
