目前練三項有兩個月 每周三天都練三項+1~2輔助項
組數每個四組 每組6~12下(第一組從12下做沒力開始遞減)
體重63kg
臥推能40kg (預估1RM80% 沒拚過100%過)
深蹲47kg (預估1RM80% 沒拚過100%過)
硬舉56kg (預估1RM80% 沒拚過100%過)
大概每14天內重量能緩慢成長2.5kg
想問各位巨巨 何時該換成5x5或是5/3/1課表呢?
還是繼續照目前練就好?
