仰臥起坐在記憶床墊做? - 健身

最近下定決心要開始做仰臥起坐
爬文看了版上的文章,發現自己的資是不對, 所以有改正
姿勢本來是全仰臥-->改成屈膝半仰臥
(上半身起來的角度剛好可以讓眼睛看到彎曲的膝蓋頂)
因為這樣對脊椎比較不會傷害
但是我突然有個想法, 因為我們家有記憶床墊
那床超軟的,但是也是有支撐力,
我在想, 如果在這床墊上做全仰臥起坐, 這樣對脊椎還會有傷害嗎?
還是我想太多呢???囧
