目前一分鐘只能做30~32下左右
我己經用我最快的速度去做了
因為是要參加考試的~及格標準是每分鐘38下
我該如何加速呢??
星期一上午考試,我需要休息幾天呢?
若是周末正常上班,做老師寫黑板,這樣的算休息嗎?
還是需要請假在家睡飽飽呢??
