之前看到報導
明星 隋唐 一天都做兩百下仰臥起坐
但是兩百下 說的簡單 其實做起來 很不容易的
剛開始 做個23十下 就氣喘吁吁
然後要求自己 每天至少要到五十下至少
進行暸10多天
今天總算一次進階到100下了
稍稍有點流汗瞭
覺得 自己的肚肚 有比較結實瞭
同時
還是絕低
隨堂很厲害
如果他真的是一天做兩百下的話
希望接下來 可以繼續維持100下一天 ^^
