最近體力在不斷訓練後變強很多
從以前伏地挺身只能做15下現在一次可以衝到40下
可是自從現在一次作40下後, 我發現我的後頸會非常的痛像發炎那樣的感覺
可能要休息個四五天才會好
請問有人知道這是甚麼問題嗎? 還是說我應該一次只做20下然後多做幾次?
我不知道伏地挺身會不會傷到後頸 現在都怕怕的不敢練...
