運動習慣:
一週最少一天6000,32~38分跑完(晚上差不多花32分結束,正中午會到38分)
最多三天6000
伏地挺身一天120下,一次20下,6個cycle
飲食習慣是多鹽多糖量多
我對吃是完全不會克制的,因為我覺得人生不能吃很痛苦
所以我是三不五時就吃吃到飽
照道理來說,我吃那樣多應該是會肥,而且我又常常徹夜不睡天亮才睡覺
但是我的體重一直有hold住,我在想應該是跟飲食的方式有關
因為我都吃很慢,我動作慢,吃東西也超慢
我現在唯一的想跟大家討論的就是
我做的伏地挺身算是重訓嗎????
對練胸肌跟手的肌肉有很"明顯"的幫助嗎??
因為我已經這樣做一段時間了
身材是算勻稱,但胸肌就不硬也不算明顯
所以想跟大家討論一下^^
