如何在下基訓時變壯 - 健身

由於最近要下基訓了 所以想說趁著這個機會好好地練壯身體
這個問題po在這裡不曉得適不適合 或是更適合po在桌球版或肌肉版
小弟我175 59 身材就是很單薄很瘦那種
4月剛上任的營長很強調體能 一天操三次 每次都一小時左右 強度非常地強
小弟我肌力跟肌耐力不太行 伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐都只能勉強及格
3000公尺算是強項 但極限也就只有12分 希望能往11分邁進
小弟平常的運動項目是桌球 假日幾乎都在打球 強度也蠻強的 程度大慨是校隊乙組
最後是小弟的問題 我要如何隨著部隊的操練 使自己的身材 肌力 肌耐力變好
使我在打桌球時能有更加良好的身體素質和爆發力
小弟一餐大慨吃兩碗飯 胃不算是很大 體重就差不多固定在那邊 很難增加
請問有什麼方法可以突破這個瓶頸嗎
另外這種等級的訓練適合喝乳清蛋白嗎 謝謝大家
