基礎代謝:1260.8卡(in body測出的數據)

達成目標:58.9kg→53.1kg→50kg
(去醫院量in body的數據)
三餐內容:「外食」前會先吞兩顆甲殼素
早餐:薏仁糙米漿(半糖豆漿或低脂牛奶)1杯(約250ml)、饅頭一顆(拳頭大)、水煮蛋
(芋頭、牛奶、芝麻口味)
午餐:米飯半碗(約1/4量杯米)、青菜3份、肉類2份(1份=3根指頭大小)
(青菜會盡量多吃)
晚餐:麥片飯半碗(1/4量杯米煮出來的飯)、燙青菜一盤、肉類2份、芭樂一顆
(約200g、加鹽不加醬)
有時候會煮香菇雞腿湯、一根雞腿約100g、雞湯加菜、冬粉
日常作息時間:12:00睡、6:30起床
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:Xbike每天45分、轉速約35~45間、阻力3(大多數)、心跳數130~150下
快樂表消耗卡路里700卡(已運動約1個月,天天騎)
我的問題:6年前參加醫院減重班順利甩掉10kg(67→57)的體重,
體重目前回胖2g(57→59)
目前想要把超標的體脂肪減掉,
如果可以的話減到50會更讚。
這樣的菜單已經實行1個多月了,
可是體重還是在58~59中起伏,
想請問一下應該如何修正菜單才能達成目標呢?
