估計自助餐熱量 - 健身

最近力行有氧加飲食控制,版娘的自助餐文我有爬過了。
不過還是想確認一下我估計的熱量沒有偏差太多,
希望大家幫我看看以下兩樣的估計是否合理了

(1)自助餐便當
由於之前午餐吃拉亞被批不健康,因此我轉為吃如圖中的自助餐
菜都是我自己夾的,每次都夾一樣也還沒吃膩XD
我是估整個便當 850卡
飯 300
肉 250
紅豆丸 50
蛋 120
菜*2 130
(2)雜糧麵包
最近發現學校附近有一家主打低卡的麵包店,價錢又很實惠。
因此我常常買圖中的麵包來當早餐來吃。
不過版上都說麵包熱量都很高,即使是雜糧的也是
但是這家店圖中的麵包標示為一個180卡,感覺熱量滿低的
大家覺得店家的標示合理嗎?
我怕它熱量是亂標的,結果我因為常吃熱量估計錯誤,熱量攝取超過太多。
心得:我夾的自助餐約850卡,再加上我早餐吃火腿蛋吐司350卡(只加蕃茄醬),
我的基代只有1566,
所以我晚餐都改成吃subway火腿堡360卡(不加醬)+圖中的麵包180卡,合計一天約吃
1750多。不知道有什麼建議要改的嗎??
