快要抽筋怎麼辦 - 健身

想請問各位版友
要是運動到一半出現快要抽筋的不適感
應該要
1.趕快伸展拉筋後 結束今天的運動
2.趕快伸展拉筋 等沒事後 再繼續運動
如果2的話 會不會之後的運動又造成真的抽筋阿
