最近天氣冷,都吃自製火鍋省錢又好吃
我可以連續吃火鍋好幾天阿!
分享一下 菜單
不負責亂估熱量600以內
材料:
高麗菜1/6顆+隨性的蔬菜亂加
綜合菇一大包分好幾餐吃 ,愛吃多少放多少
冬粉一球
油花少的牛肉片 x3
蛋x1
蛤蠣 x2
再來就是最重要的湯頭了
因為愛吃泰國菜,之前去泰國囤了很多料理包
今天加了「海鮮酸辣湯」的醬料
可是為了清淡,只加了1/5,單純加醬料喝不太出什麼味道
在另外加了檸檬葉、月桂葉提升香氣
鰹魚粉2匙
因為菇類的功勞,都吃的很飽
香而清爽好湯頭是吃下去的動力!
