雖然是想幫原po辯護一下,但我先聲明我認為運動的重要性是稍大於飲食控制的,這點上
原po確實值得商榷。
但我比較好奇的是,這個版上似乎對低澱粉飲食這個做法特別憤怒,不曉得是為什麼?
利用豆類補充碳水化合物、除了少量糙米和堅果外避吃其他穀類食物的做法,對於健康會
有什麼很大的危害嗎?
事實上我自己之前就奉行以蔬菜與豆類為主食,輔以蛋魚雞的做法,基本不吃穀物、水果
、乳製品,成功減了10公斤(85-75左右)。請問專業版友的觀點,這樣會傷害健康嗎?
