最近電視有找劍橋大學的營養學家
將肥胖的人以科學儀器驗證分為三類
樂食族 頻食族與憂食族
其中針對樂食族的方式就是高蛋白低gi
頻食族是以一週兩天僅吃800大卡
憂食族則是以同儕力量
所以我覺得他們這種分析方式很不錯
而且又是營養學家背書的
也許低醣飲食並不是種錯誤方式
只是有運動習慣的人
可以不藉由這種方式減肥
但對於普羅大眾
飲食習慣的改變也許是更適用的
