低血糖頭暈的時候 - 健身

最近又把運動量加大
首先是早上不吃早餐起床半小時後直接八千,有時會吃個10公克左右的巧克力
然後晚上是不同的跑法,通常都是八千以上
不過通常只能撐兩天
第三天大概都變早上五千晚上五千XD
然後休息一天
所以有氧就是運動三天休息一天
跑法就一禮拜選一天間歇
90%跑一圈慢跑一圈這樣2圈一循環然後五循環這樣
然後馬上接慢跑補到一萬
一天會跑有氧閘值的極限盡量稱時間
然後一天會跑一個半小時一萬三以上
其他天晚上就輕鬆跑啦~
重訓還是在家自主為主,不酸都會做
不過就用日貓先生建議的
通常都會酸個四天左右感覺真好!
然後禮拜四會練柔道
這種生活過了兩禮拜了= =
效果尚可量的時候Lbm還是穩如泰山不過一禮拜大概會噴一公斤左右的脂肪
現在剩14%了
不過我要閒聊的是
因為頭暈的問題實在沒有改善
想聊一下有沒有人也會有頭暈的問題
然後你會隨身攜帶什麼糖果= =?
我是都帶巧克力啦
但是完全沒效果XD
現在飲食內容也變了
之前的頭暈太嚴重了甚至連注意力思考能力集中力都下降了XD
現在有改
早餐
兩顆豆漿饅頭有點甜吃到中午,飲料就高纖無糖豆漿和山藥豆奶看心情喝
中間會有兩份水果通常都香蕉和蘋果
午餐
就兩碗飯四份蔬菜,下午也是一份水果
晚餐
還是兩碗飯四份蔬菜
不過就沒吃水果了
一禮拜會吃個一包到兩包7-11杏仁小魚乾
然後每天一大塊77%的巧克力
雞蛋現在是看心情吃= =
其實重點只是在有誰可以提供一些威力強大的糖果以供頭暈的時候可以吃= =
