吃不到基代就吃不下了!!怎麼辦?? - 健身

原PO這3個月一直都有在實施飲食控制
也小有成果
在爬了相關版的文之後
知道每天吃到基代才能健康減重
所以也乖乖遵守
最近晚餐都是自己帶蔬果
澱粉會留在白天吃(基本上是均衡的)
但最近我晚餐代的蔬果都是很低卡的
所以導致分量很多
(杏鮑菇+四季豆+生胡蘿蔔)&水煮蛋一顆
另外再帶一大盒低熱量水果(番茄+蓮霧+蘋果)
結果7點開始吃晚餐
吃到水果剩半盒就吃不下了
但又擔心吃不到基代
如果晚一點吃
又怕太晚吃消化不好囤積成脂肪
真的是很矛盾
想知道如果換成各位
會怎麼取捨??
