培養運動習慣 - 健身

我知道自己還算標準,只是有點肉肉的(看體脂率就知道)
沒有強求要變瘦,希望以培養運動習慣的心情
讓自己變好變健康~ :)
我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的新手專區:是
基本資料
性別:女
年齡:22
身高:160
體重:52
BMI:20.3
體脂率:22.6
三餐內容
早餐:
1. 吐司兩片+生菜沙拉 咖啡一杯
2. (早餐店) 火腿or鮪魚蛋吐司/鮪魚蛋堡/燒餅夾蛋 咖啡一杯
午餐:
原則是盡量避免速食和油炸,
一看就知道很油的東西也會謹慎(如燒臘、炒飯)
不過偶爾還是會滿足一下慾望XD
晚餐:
如果午餐比較油或分量多,晚餐就清淡一點
如果午餐吃得少,晚餐就會多一點
其他:
不喝甜飲料,本來就沒有很愛喝,喜歡茶跟咖啡
可是我愛喝酒!!三不五時有喝酒唱歌的聚會
就容易喝很多啤酒...囧
雖然知道不好,
可是寧願希望能用其他方法補足愛喝酒的缺陷>"<
日常作息時間:
2-3點睡,10點起床吃早餐,3-4點吃午餐,8-9點吃晚餐
平移三小時...
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:
一週三次左右
健身房 跑步機30-40分鐘+腳踏車30-40分鐘,
器材上的心跳計都在亂跳(90~180都有),我猜大概130左右
河邊騎腳踏車1~2小時,心跳110
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
1. 就像上面提到的...希望可以用什麼方法補足愛喝酒的缺陷 > <
多運動或是飲食再改進之類的,雖然喝酒又肥又傷肝...(心虛)
如果真的不行的話,就請糾正我吧...>"<
2. 我跑步到身體熱了之後,就會一直流鼻水
流得不多 可是會覺得鼻子比較塞
呼吸不順(呼吸會噴鼻水呀>"<)
大家也會這樣嗎?
