請問腹肌 - 健身

前輩大家好!第一次發文!希望大家能解答
小弟最近買了練腹肌的書
練了大概三個多禮拜
上腹肌便滿硬 有點形狀的感覺
但是下腹部 多年累積的贅肉(小弟不是大胖子 只是肚子有一點點肥肉)
還是軟軟的 但戳裡面是硬的結實的 但外面是軟的
想請問是可以把這些贅肉練成肌肉嗎?
還是這些要消耗掉才能有形狀呢??
