關於慢跑 - 健身

以前剛開始慢跑5公里
會留滿多汗的
而且跑完會很喘
不過現在越跑好像 越不喘
而且汗也流的不多
後來就去挑戰柴山的山路
才又恢復到之前會喘跟流汗
請問如果一直保持人跑平地5公里
那種 不會喘 也不會流汗 算是有效的運動嗎??
還是要一直更換跑的路線@@
