三餐內容
早餐: 蕎麥涼麵 + 波密76大卡 蔬果汁
or
御飯糰 + 無糖茶飲
午餐: 白飯半碗(有五榖飯就換五榖飯) + 青菜兩種 + 菇類一種 + 肉片兩小片
or
超商低卡便當 + 高纖無糖豆漿
晚餐: 海藻生菜沙拉 + 和風醬 + 茶葉蛋
or
低卡廣東粥
其他: 零卡果凍
日常作息時間:研究室 10小時、睡覺 8小時、運動 1小時(兩天一次)
生活型態:研究生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
1:慢跑40分鐘,心跳數約130~140左右
2:騎腳踏車30分鐘,心跳數約140~160左右
3:重訓20分鐘
4:學校安排的有氧課程,一個小時
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
中程目標 68kg
最終目標 62kg
目前已經執行三個月,先降到71kg,也差不多過了蜜月期
接下來才是最困難的過程,希望板友們給點建議
三個月過後,是要持續目前訓練方式,還是要在把運動強度加強呢?
另外也順便問問飲食搭配,大概都怎麼吃的?
