這幾天,港星余文樂在個人臉書粉專推出健身紀錄片.
耗時十個月, 每天練兩次, 一週練六天.
成果當然顯而易見的非常好看,
(失敗當然不會出來自己打臉)
相信將會鼓勵很多人加入健身運動的行列
但是,
影片中,余文樂有些觀點及做法, 和我的認知有衝突.
想請問大家的看法, 一起討論.
例如
健身教練要他先戒除澱粉,
練到手傷, 改練腳, 練到腰傷, 改練胸, 練到不能練為止
