各位巨巨水水們下午好,
本肥住在公司提供的宿舍,
沒辦法開伙,也無法用電鍋,也沒有微波爐
目前食物是
早餐
-燕麥兩匙(約38克)泡80ML左右濃豆漿
-2匙NZMP原味乳清+210ML濃豆漿
-7克左右芝麻粉(混在上面兩種食物裡面)
午餐
-公司便當(菜基本上吃完,飯吃一半左右,主食不吃炸物,有時會吃素食便當)
晚餐
-一碗陽春麵+燙青菜,有機會的話會吃水果(蘋果/香蕉/木瓜)
點心
-1包綜合堅果,早上9點吃
-約120克毛豆,下午2點
-健身完(固定周1-周4)會來兩匙NZMP烏龍奶
本肥秉持著"早上吃得像國王 午餐吃得像平民 晚餐吃得像乞丐"的守則
決定在早上多攝取點卡路里,請問在這種外宿+外食的情況下,
有推薦的食物嗎?麻煩推薦本肥肥,謝謝。
P.S.本肥胃食道逆流Q-Q如果可以麻煩推薦適合我吃的食物
