大家好 我是阿嘉 興趣使然的健身美食家
今天減脂期結束 剛好可以聊聊這篇
我發現我跟原po吃的東西滿雷同的耶
我也很愛吃咖哩 所以都會煮一大鍋 可以吃一個禮拜
選用低脂的牛腱心 燉煮到熟爛 一份200g 超棒der

我冰箱常備大量的熟薑黃糙米飯
所以炒飯方便料理 也是我很常吃的料理之一
只要將冰箱的飯 菜 雞蛋 舒肥雞胸肉
拿出來快炒就可以吃的很爽

氣炸鍋是個很懶人的工具
拿來料理雞腿 在煎個蛋燙個青菜簡單又好吃

或者醃一下烤肉醬順便加個大蝦氣炸

舒肥好的低脂牛排剪成骰子牛也很好吃
麵體是杜蘭小麥雞蛋麵

想吃重口味 除了咖哩也很喜歡吃麻婆豆腐
配低脂牛肉片快炒一下

當然不會天天重口味 也是有平淡一點的口味混著吃
雞胸+牛排

我上面的餐 基本上一餐都500卡上下
減脂不是幾天的事
基本上至少是一百天的事
在每天熱量赤字的功課裡 如何讓自己適應習慣
並且喜歡上 這我覺得是滿重要的
減脂就是一個數字遊戲 控制得宜
吃的有變化些 並沒甚麼錯
我如果一週完全沒亂吃的話 週末會吃塊雞排爽一下XD
二月份我有印象就吃了兩片雞排
這次減脂期從去年年底到今天 69kg>63.9kg
最後附上一個月前、跟今天的inbody
