最近在練相撲硬舉想請大家幫我檢視一下動作
呼吸是吸一口氣憋著下放時吐氣
前幾次訓練有因為屁股蹲太低(深蹲)所以重量拉不太起來
小弟身高:180cm 體重:90+kg
