最近考完營養師高考..有時間來整理一下這些圖和資料
(我放在自己相本啦..不喜歡就別點了 沒其他空間XDD)
這是我們依照衛生署公布之食物代換表 做的份量估計實驗
如果不確定自己吃了多少東西 多少熱量
看一下 代換一下
目前更新:五穀根莖、水果、油脂、蛋、豆、奶
^^^^^^^^^^ 1/26更新
有空再更新肉類、奶類、蔬菜
如果等我研究所考完 我再來整理市售的產品之熱量
版主可以把這篇置底嗎? 應該滿多人需要的
