我平常是游泳or重訓前 一罐偉m咖啡+茶葉蛋*2 (咖啡是幫助燃脂..)
游泳or重訓時程3hr 之後會喝450cc的黃金豆漿*1(營養標示:16.2g蛋白質)
因為沒有買蛋白質補充品 而我又是外食族
隨處可見的大概有小七等便利商店...
若我是運動完 據人體一次可吸收30~50g蛋白質
以我的體重約67kg 一日所需蛋白質*1.8g=120.6g (以運動員來說) (我身高175cm)
在外頭的時間大概是13:00~20:00 我通常會分三次補充蛋白質
平均我一餐應該要攝取40g的蛋白質 我單喝黃金豆漿(營養標示:16.2g蛋白質)
至多要喝兩瓶半才夠
以這樣的淺見來健身 效果會彰顯嗎? 謝謝回答:)
