其實這個問題不算是這個版的重點
不過還是想問一下
因為這個版上好像有些版友會倒立??
要怎麼樣讓倒立穩??
目前頂多做到3~4秒,因為運氣好抓到平衡點。
感覺上不是力量的問題,而是平衡。
現在一直是狂倒立硬練抓平衡點。
或者是靠牆,撐著練力量。
請問一下版友,倒立要怎麼樣訓練呢?
