停止運動體重繼續掉 - 健身

各位版友大家好,去年開始因為疫情關在家時間比較多想說來減個重,所以開始每天仰臥
起坐300下偶爾搭配深蹲50下(後來知道仰臥起坐傷腰椎已改為卷腹)
吃的方面是採168,不吃早餐,午餐一般外食,晚餐改為全菜便當,假日基本上是全蔬菜
、豆腐、地瓜偶爾加雞胸肉,每天盡量喝水超過1500,維持了半年左右,體重72>59(身
高161)
之後大概都維持在59上下,但一個月前開始加重運動強度導致大腿皮下出血點(醫生初判
是用力過度血管炎)暫停所有運動觀察兩周,上周一整個禮拜又因為居家上班幾乎餐餐都
是水煮義大利麵、鮪魚罐、燙青菜、地瓜、豆腐輪替,體重居然掉到55,肌肉量也從38掉
到36,體脂大概還是29上下沒什麼變化
想請教這樣的體重減輕是因為肌肉被燒掉了嗎?也有點擔心體重一直掉是身體有什麼問題
,但之前帶體檢報告去家醫科也說糖化血色素、飯前血糖都正常,還請各位版友給點建議
。
