從八月開始慢跑至今,也快三個月了
剛開始大概一禮拜三至四天,漸漸的變成幾乎每天跑半小時
遇到颱風不能慢跑時還會良心不安XD"
吃完晚餐後會踩X-BIKE半小時,有時後會突發奇想踩一小時(尤其是當天沒慢跑的話)
八月時165cm,大概是58(~60)kg,目前56kg
當時超圓的,但自己卻沒意識到...
是因為我現在瘦了,我媽才願意告訴我當時她的心得 囧"
她說我當時很大一隻,贅肉一大堆
(當時不說是不想傷我的心吧,母愛的光輝Q______Q )
兩個月多減2kg似乎不多,我也好想像其他人一樣一個月就-5kg...
我媽說我一開始瘦很快(但在怎麼快還是兩公斤而已啊?!),現在感覺停滯了
的確也是,印象中這體重已經維持一陣子了
不知道要怎麼突破T____T
飲食我覺得很正常(?)
早餐是鮮奶+穀物;午餐為便當或泡麵;晚餐則是吃媽媽煮或外食
運動量就是慢跑+X-BIKE(阻力3)
不知道什麼時後才能55以下 ╮(╯▽╰)╭
