謝謝板娘!!
透過菜單和游泳,去年年底和同事打賭的15kg贏了!!
雖然到最後有兩三公斤是靠節食的 >"<(好孩子不要學)
打賭結束後,整個就像是釋放壓力般的大吃大喝(好孩子不要學again)
還胖回四公斤去orz....
目前
體重 86.4kg
體脂 39.1%
內臟 13
BMI 32.9
體年齡 51
八月底還有個打賭,要瘦到68kg(距離好遙遠啊...)
目前計畫如下
每天吃超過基代+晨泳+不吃炸物零食+喝水2000cc+吃蔬果+不喝飲料
不知道大家有沒有建議的呢?
