健身3個月新手求解
目前身高181/體重86 3個月前體重是91
肌肉重37.3都沒變
看了前一篇健力5x5的文有提到
是不是更多的力量=更多的肌肉量
我可以理解成
沒長肌肉的狀況下,我的力量最多就那樣嗎?
因為還在減脂階段,沒有增肌
