各位巨巨大家晚安
小弟原本只對跑馬拉松著迷
後來為了增加運動表現所以開始上教練課學習阻力訓練
沒想到越練越有興趣
可能是常跑全馬的關係 所以下肢比較發達
深蹲1RM在上課後5週達到自身體重(80KG)
硬舉則是4周
但臥推還卡在弱弱的45KG
請問各位大大巨巨 都是練多久才達到自身體重?
