各位總和一噸的先進,學長們,早上好!
小弟最近開始跑力量課表,本身很弱,三項成績就不說出來給大家笑了。
小弟想請問的是,健力三項,大力士(也許只有台灣),的比賽有分量級。
小弟的認知是要力量就是要多吃碳水和蛋白質,但要怎麼維持在同一個量級又能把力量往上
衝??
