三餐內容
早餐:飲料:自製精力湯(地瓜葉、青江菜、紅蘿蔔半根、蘋果半個、奇異果一個)
或 馬玉山紫米山藥 or 客家擂茶 一包
食物:全麥土司(一~兩片,看食慾)配荷包蛋
or 雜糧饅頭夾蛋
or 蛋餅
午餐:平常:五穀飯一碗、蔬菜兩至三樣(燙居多)、肉一份、味噌湯一碗
外食:便當飯(菜都會吃完,肉通常份量太多吃不完,飯也會吃)
or 蔬菜湯麵 or 炸醬麵
晚餐:五穀飯半~一碗、蔬菜兩至三樣、肉或豆腐一份、味噌湯一碗
or 米粉煮肉片
其他:水攝取1200-1500 c.c./日,每天早上早餐後B群一粒、Q-10一粒
日常作息時間:晚上十點~十一點間必睡,早上六點~七點間自動醒來
生活型態:研究生,一週三天上課,四天在家唸書寫作業
運動習慣:每週至少五天慢跑4~5km/30 min.
還有四天上瑜珈課,每次1~1.5hr
我的問題:
之前我因心因性厭食症爆瘦,體脂肪只剩下9%,
月經也已經快兩年無法自行出現,必須靠藥物才能維持,
最近有心振作,想從飲食和運動雙管齊下,
因為我不想光靠大吃大喝增重,這些多的體重應該只是脂肪而不是肌肉吧~
加上厭食症的心態本來就還是會害怕有「多餘的贅肉」在身上散播,
所以我想要讓自己身心方面都很健康的向上生長。
但是難題在於,有時候我會暴食!
那種暴法真的是心理變態的暴,
我可以在正餐之後繼續大吃一堆高油高熱量的蛋糕點心(這是我的死穴),
譬如上個星期就在晚餐後(是美式大漢堡配鵝油炸的薯條,還有甜甜圈跟起司奶油餅乾)
又接著吃了
一塊重乳酪蛋糕
一塊輕乳酪蛋糕
三片虎皮捲蛋糕
三片芋泥捲
南瓜派一片
還有其他的,可是我忘記了...= ="
總之每次爆炸後都會有強烈的罪惡感,然後就逼迫自己提高運動量趕快消耗掉。
後來我終於理出頭緒,為什麼我有時候會被這種暴食慾念襲擊,
就是因為我正常澱粉攝取不足,所以晚上會覺得很空虛。
目前我決心振作起來,不只是要多吃,把之前流失的體重跟脂肪都補回來,
而且也要吃得對、吃得健康才可以,
這樣腦袋就不會一直想從其他食物得到滿足。
但是我真的還在摸索自己的食慾跟食量,
所以才會發這篇文章,希望有經驗的朋友可以提點一下。
由於在美國留學,平常都是自己料理三餐,口味清淡為原則。
出去吃的話大部分仍選擇亞洲食物為主,因為總覺得漢堡薯條很難有飽足感...= ="
我現在會要求自己三餐一定要有主食,就是澱粉;
在家料理就會選擇五穀飯或全麥麵條,
出去吃就會選擇米飯、麵條或越南河粉。
蔬菜水果每天至少攝取五樣,早餐一定要有蛋補充蛋白質,
肉類的話就看心情,雞、牛、魚都不排斥,豆腐也很愛。
早餐以吃豐盛、營養均衡為原則,中午吃到八分飽,晚餐約六至七分,
因為我要重新訓練自己對飽足的感受(不能再暴食亂撐)。
運動量都維持固定,
基本上就是慢跑(而且是有上下起伏的小山丘)4~5km/30 min
一週五天~
還有四天會上瑜珈課,當作修身養性與鍛鍊線條用。
其他時間我都是坐在電腦前打作業、看書,累了就做做伸展操或自己練瑜珈,
我想請問,這樣的運動習慣和飲食原則OK嗎?
還有哪些地方需要加強呢?

ps. 我有朋友認為我目前要強化蛋白質攝取,
所以今天的早餐我就吃饅頭夾蛋,午餐很豪邁的選雞排便當(但雞排吃不完@@)
晚餐是小米粥一碗搭蔥油餅半張、燙青菜一盤...
這樣的吃法也OK嗎?
我朋友覺得油炸物遠比精緻糖類好太多,所以他說寧願看我吃雞排飯,
也不要去碰蛋糕甜點...
