減肥方式:每天抬腿10分鐘
問題陳述: 以前是52公斤 但上了大學之後沒有運動
一年半胖了8公斤
我自己也嚇一跳
我想請問一下 我不太愛運動
有沒有什麼方式是可以成功的減肥方式
我不想再被大家笑我胖啦啦啦啦啦啦啦啦
