最近健走都會搭配愛迪達 的micoach app
如果模式選擇步行
一樣的時間跟一樣的公里數
消耗的卡路里只有跑步模式的1/2
大家覺得合理嗎?
因為有次不小心按錯模式到跑步(其實我還是健走)
發現可消耗卡路里是250左右
健走有可能30分鐘可消耗250卡嗎?
