從3月下旬開始慢跑減肥,利用的時間是下班過後~
從公司回到住家附近運動公園都是晚上七點-七點半以後
跑一跑+收操+伸展,通常都8點多,晚上都大概11點睡
如果隔天假日會多跑走一點最晚到9點多
都是運動完才吃晚飯(家裡煮的,通常3菜一湯但少喝湯)
但時間上已經有些晚了
對於某些說晚上8點?過後不要進食會比較好的說法
如果我還沒吃,三菜是不是太多了呢?
