健走跟慢跑的選擇 - 健身

前幾天在板上有po文
熱心的板娘幫我整理了一套菜單
開始了每天運動和控制飲食的規律生活~
雖然體重沒有降
不過比以前有精神多了
這幾天健走下來有幾個問題想請教板友們
我健走的時間都是一個小時
每次走玩膝蓋都會緊緊的 大腿內側的肌肉也有點痠
不過我的心跳沒有一次超過100
大概都是70~80左右
這樣有達到有氧嗎?
想改用慢跑的方式但怕體重太重會把膝蓋壓垮
我該怎麼選擇呢?
目前體重84kg
