開始覺得自己胖開始運動已經快邁入第三年。
體脂從26.X到現在20.2。都是做固定式器材以及飛輪,瑜珈,爬山。
每次看人做深蹲 硬舉想做又怕姿勢不良受傷。
請問有健身的同好。你們一開始是怎麼開始做的?請教練還是自己看人學?還是youtube
