健身時痠痛了可以換部位練嗎 - 健身

大家好,我是剛開始運動兩個禮拜的新手
加入健身房以後,想說自己沒有基礎就買了教練課程
一小時的課程裡,舉例來說今天練腿
做半小時左右大腿就會痠痛沒力了
跟教練反應腿沒力,可不可以換練上半身
教練卻說幫我出一點力,但我還是要繼續練腿
想問各位前輩,健身的時候是要一直刺激同個部位才有效果嗎?
如果是這樣的話,以後我會忍耐到極限的
