健身時間大約一年半
期間也有持續在上教練課
月初嘗試最大重量深蹲,
卡在100~110感覺腰支撐不住,
平常自己訓練約70~80之間,
想說都要買健身腰帶,考慮補完一些裝備
目前已有的健身裝備
迪卡儂買的手套
感覺裁縫沒做好,
常常被魔鬼氈的部分刺手,
所以想順便換掉。

4. 握力訓練器
感覺是非必要項目,
但是每次引體向上或者是需要抓握的項目
都是先握不住,想要趁工作思考的時間順便訓練。
5. 護膝
不清楚有沒有這個需要
