小妹練側腹半年,
一直以來是以負重5公斤做訓練(健身房有一個據說叫做羅馬椅的做訓練
今天去一家不熟的健身房訓練竟然被巡場教練攔下來,叫我不要做,
說人類的脊椎是設計前後(後腰,我那樣的訓練會傷害脊椎(但我不是用脊椎撐啊不然肌
肉拿來幹嘛的?
說練側腹只需要側平板即可,
爬文後實在不能理解,便想上來問問看各位的意見,
我真的練錯了嗎?
