先減體脂肪,那重訓有必要嗎? - 減肥

我有爬文,但眾說紛紜,兩者的原理有些互斥。
主要應該是效益最大化的問題,也就是專心做好某一樣比較實際。
有板友推薦先增肌再減脂,但這樣感覺很曠日廢時。
因為最近身材走樣,肚子忽然多一層泳圈,所以有開始運動。
原本想法是,要忌口太痛苦了,所以想用提高基代的方式來減重
據說肌肉多能提高基代(這樣平常就能大魚大肉...
但如果無法兩者兼顧(減脂增肌),那自然是以減脂為主。
目前我的減肥主要運動是
慢跑,跑到很喘就用快走,走到累,就到一旁伏地挺身或拉單槓。
休息一下喝口水,繼續慢跑+快走。而平常在家則會舉啞鈴跟伏地挺身。
但如果說沒辦法同時進行(難度很高的話),那麼是不是不要做無氧,
跑步跑累了就用走的也不要去做重訓(伏地挺身),啞鈴那些也都不要做。
這樣才會瘦得比較快?
