無意間在水管上看到了這「營養師」的影片

很認真的看完之後,感想是:
他會瘦是當然的啊,因為就是餓瘦的
第一天吃1300卡
第二天吃1500卡
第三天吃1700卡
第四天吃1500卡
第五天吃1300卡
第六天吃1100卡!!!!
第七天吃1700卡
但我去網路查了這位營養師的身高180cm、體重82kg、年齡查不到算25好了
他一天的tdee(總熱量消耗)(完全不運動的情況下)
應是1924卡
如果一星期重訓3~5天的話(影片中有重訓的畫面)
tdee應該是2980卡
但他每餐都達不到 完全不運動所需的tdee
而且差距很大,當然會瘦啊!
但減掉的體重個人覺得「水」的成份占很多
想請問版上的大家
個人這樣分析有沒有什麼盲點?
